Second Run of the Week. 223 lbs RHR?

Hi again,

Last night was a big night. Fist, I used the heating pad to warm up my legs before going our. Seemed to make a bit of a difference in how well I ran.

We ran a longer route tonight (the same one we did on Sunday - 8kms) only much faster. We actually finished in about 30 minutes. We also ran a few intervals where we sped up and ran hard for 30 seconds at a crack.

Dan is still concerned about getting a job and still needs to contact the Arthritis Society. I advised him to get moving on both.

Tonight is a cross training night so I guess I will ride the bike and try to work on aerobic capacity. Maybe ride to the "Y", do a bike class and then ride home. Sounds like a plan!
