The First Long Run - 223lbs - 80 RHR

Dan & I Ran this morning at 9:30. Added on about 2.5 Kms so we upped the ante a bit. After running we did some general training exercises like Squats and the Romanian Deadlift.

Total running time was 45 minutes with 3 1 minute walks.

I bought the John Stanton "Running Room book" yesterday and and registered for the following races

June 17th - OTMH Fathers Day 5K race

July 1st HBC Run for Canada Race - 10 K

I have not yet registered for the Scotiabank 1/2 Marathon on Sept 30th but I plan too. These three races should help with the training. At the very least I will get some cool shirts.
