Today is a run day. We run at 6:30. I am glad that the heat has broken. Why am I using 5 word sentences?
Yesterday, I went to Vincero Capital's http://www.vincerocapital.com/ office. Elizabeth Brown essential runs the office (administratively) and when I told her I was running for Joints in Motion she was quite pleased. Elizabeth has arthritis and it spurred her into getting into walking.
She trains with Canada Fitness (like tons of others) and it has turned into a real little social club for her. She was in the OTMH Classic but I didn't see her. She probably passed me early in the race WALKING!!!!
But she won't be in the Run for Canada this weekend. That's a good thing because I prefer to get beat by people I DON'T know.
