I saw Donna the Physio this AM. Orthotics (Superfeet) not ready and she corrected me. I DO NOT HAVE ITBS. I just have TIGHT BANDS .
Hmmmm. Tight buns -I like being told, tight bands.... not so much. Tight buns is a compliment - tight bands is a musical term.
Anyway I just have Bursitis. She also told me another week with no running. The cross training will help to keep me in shape but the core workout and the stretching is REQUIRED.
No running, No running, no running ------ Sheeit
Well lets give it another week and work on the washboard stomach.
